Notes: TWA is the largest public power company. The Bonneville Power Administration is the largest power company administerd by the US Department of Energy. The Puerto Rico Electric Power Authority is the largest member of the American Public Power Association (APPA).

One of the largest US operators of old, dirty coal-burning power houses. Found guilty in 2007 of violating the Clean Air Act. Violates separation between military and civilian by producing tritium at Watts Bar. Self regulating, so begins nuclear project without any public hearing.
